Jay wears a number of hats at NDR including muck-a-muck functions like strategic planning, business development and financial planning, but his most import role involves supporting his staff with whatever necessary to deliver a perfect research experience for NDR’s clients. With over fifteen years experience in marketing research services, Jay brings a fresh new dynamic to the NDR team. Jay has granular experience managing a substantial contact center with well over a 125 employees, and he has managed large scale projects for most of his career. Jay is a proud father who enjoys sports and the occasional poker game.
Kelly brings a diverse set of skills to NDR. Her extensive background in marketing and customer service within the financial sector, combined with her time in the fashion industry working with vendors and customers, have helped to build the necessary foundation needed to deliver impeccable client service. Kelly is a self-proclaimed music addict, an animal lover, illustrator and painter, and never misses the chance to cheer on her beloved Iowa Hawkeyes.
Joe has a long history of media planning, campaign optimization and business development within both the marketing and advertising arenas. As a veteran of the US Army, Joe is a strong communicator thriving on a consultative approach with clients and partners. Joe’s role within NDR will be to facilitate projects and execute on client deliverables. As a native Ohioan, Joe is an avid sports fan of all his hometown teams.
Like some of her colleagues, Katie began with NDR by recruiting for research projects, and it is that basic understanding of the recruiting process that contributes to Katie’s keen approach to project management. Katie has over 18 years in the Market Research arena. She spends her spare time with her family, cheering on her favorite football team and going for bug-free hikes.
LaTonya is a dedicated, goal-focused member of Team NDR. With over 18 years of industry experience, LaTonya uses her decisive ability to make sure all projects run smoothly for everyone involved. She began her career at NDR as a recruiter in the Call Center, and has gradually worked her way up and earned the title as Project Director. LaTonya has experience in all areas of research, including qualitative and quantitative. LaTonya is a devoted and caring mom .In her spare time, she is a cooking and recipe enthusiast, and likes spending time with family and friends.
With a client-driven mindset Francisco sets his standard and direct guidelines for a call center to ensure client satisfaction. Francisco began his career in 2008 as a call center supervisor and has worked his way up to Call Center Director. Francisco has strong leadership skills, maintains open communication to expedite goals based on the company needs. With creativity and functionality, Francisco has been an asset to the NDR team. Francisco is a proud father and enjoys his time off with his family and friends. Sports fans take heed, his classic sports jerseys are just an arm reach away when he’s rooting for his favorite Chicago teams like the Blackhawks and Bears!
